Our process

Vertically integrated for control at every stage.

Owning both spinning and weaving means we choose the fibre, engineer the yarn and weave the fabric — giving buyers consistent quality, shorter lead times and full traceability.

  1. 01

    Fibre selection

    Shankar-6, MCU-5 and long-staple cottons are HVI-graded, while viscose staple fibre is checked for denier, cut length and finish before mixing.

  2. 02

    Blowroom & carding

    Automatic bale pluckers and high-production cards open, clean and align fibres into uniform sliver.

  3. 03

    Combing & drawing

    Combers remove short fibres for premium yarns while auto-levelled draw frames keep sliver evenness in check.

  4. 04

    Ring, compact & vortex spinning

    Compact ring frames spin cotton to precise count and twist, while Muratec Vortex machines air-jet spin viscose directly from sliver onto packages.

  5. 05

    Warping & sizing

    Direct and sectional warpers prepare beams; computerised sizing ensures warp strength for high-speed looms.

  6. 06

    Weaving & inspection

    Air-jet, rapier and jacquard looms weave greige fabric, followed by 4-point inspection on every roll.
